Nalam Yoga at our hospice

Nalam Yoga at our hospice

The word Yoga has its root from the Sanskrit word ‘yujir’ which means to merge, join or unite. Yoga is an art of bringing the body, the mind, and the intellect together to free oneself from the fluctuations of mind and body.

We were very happy to have Mrs. Vasuki, a certified and trained yoga instructor from Nalam Yoga who offered our staffs yoga lessons. Our staffs were very excited and amused to participate in yoga sessions with Mrs. Vasuki. Once a week our staffs get a free yoga session which they find very refreshing.
